Shipping & Returns Policy
At Earnest Farms, we take great care to deliver your products in the best condition and within the promised time. This policy explains how we handle shipping, delivery, returns, and refunds.
Shipping
1. Where We Ship
We currently ship across most pin codes in India. If your area is not serviceable, we will inform you promptly after you place your order.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
3. Delivery Time
Our delivery timelines vary depending on your location:
• Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
• Other Locations: 4–7 working days
Delays may occasionally occur due to weather conditions, courier availability, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
- We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- A nominal shipping fee may apply to smaller orders, which will be displayed at checkout.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can also reach out to us if you need help tracking your package.
Returns & Replacements
Since our products are food items, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless:
- The product you received is incorrect
- The item is damaged or defective
- There is a quality issue with the product
To be eligible for a replacement or refund, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and share:
- Your order ID
- Clear photographs of the product and packaging
- A brief description of the issue

We do not accept returns for opened or used products due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Refunds
Once your complaint is reviewed and approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take 5–7 working days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order, please do so within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
